| Panagia Kitriani is a small church situated into the small island of Kitriani. This small island is not far away from Platis Gialos or Vathi Bay but it is difficult to visit it cause there is no organized transport by boat. The church is very interesting because is the oldest ecclesiastical monument of Sifnos (11th century). Kitriani island is close to the southest Cape of Sifnos and as you can see from the photos, the area around the island beside the natural beauty, is also a paradise for fishermen. |
