Panagia Vounou


You will find this old Monastery in a distance about 3 km from Platis Gialos. It was built back in the year1813. It is situated on the top of a heel with a unique view to Platis Gialos bay and to the open sea. A lot of the furniture and the equipment are donations of the Sifnians living in Konstadinople (Istanbul).
